SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Fastly London, our goal is to offer reliable shipping to all customers, no matter where you are. We work with trusted global logistics partners and deliver daily to hundreds of customers across the UK and Europe.

Order Processing Time

All orders are verified, quality-checked, and sent to our fulfilment centre within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

  • Average shipping time: 8–20 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days (processing + shipping)

  • In most cases, orders arrive within 15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by customs checks, postal delays, strikes, or high demand periods. These are external factors beyond our control.

Delays & Order Tracking

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer. If your order is not received within the estimated timeframe, we will contact the carrier, customs, and fulfilment centres to locate your package.

If your order has not arrived after 120 calendar days, we will issue a full refund.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 7 days to appear in the system.

Returns and Non-Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as:

  • Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent address provided at checkout;

  • Absence of a recipient at the delivery address after multiple delivery attempts;

  • Refusal to accept the parcel;

the order cannot be cancelled, and the responsibility for reshipping lies entirely with the customer.

In such cases, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee in order for the product to be dispatched again to the correct address.

If the customer chooses not to pay for reshipping, the order will remain on hold for delivery but will not be refunded, as the original shipping service was duly fulfilled by our team.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

All delivery attempts and collection instructions (when applicable) can be tracked using the tracking number provided at dispatch.

Multiple Packages

You may receive your order in separate packages, depending on product origin. This is normal and does not affect your delivery status.

Additional Information

Due to monitor settings, product colours may vary slightly. A 1–2 tone difference from the actual product may occur.
